Abstract
Darbā veikta noteiktu izoksazolu atvasinājumu sintēze, kas kalpotu kā nepeptīdiskie
inhibitori malārijas ārstēšanai. Pierādīta iegūto savienojumu struktūra un noteikta to aktivitāte
uz plazmepsīnu II. Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par izoksazolu sintēzes metodēm.
Thesis is dedicated to the synthesis of isoxazoles, which can serve as nonpeptidic inhibitors in treatment of malaria. The structures of synthesized compounds are proved. Activities of synthesized compounds on plasmepsin II are determined. The preparation methods of isoxazoles are reviewed.
