A N O T Ā C I J A

Bakalaura darba tēma - Mazbērnu veselīgs uzturs pirmsskolas iestādē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka jau agrīnā bērnībā ir svarīgi likt pamatus bērna veselībai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizēta V. Hendersones teorija un tās pielietojums māsas darbā, nodrošinot veselīgu uzturu, režīmu mazbērniem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes mazbērnu uztura principus. Pētījuma respondenti: pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes bērnu vecāki. Izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi, iegūtie rezultāti pierādīja, ka pirmsskolas iestādes uztura režīms ir atbilstošs bērnu vecumam. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze netika apstiprināta, ka pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē mazbērni nesaņem pilnvērtīgu un veselīgu uzturu. The topic of bachelor paper - “Healthy food of children in preschool institution”. It is important to build the foundation for child’s health in early childhood. The theory of Henderson and it’s usage in the work of nurse is examined in the theoretical part of paper, ensuring children with healthy nutrition in preschool. The aim - to examine the principles of children nutrition in preschool educational institution. The respondents of the research: parents of the preschool children. Using the quantitative methods of the research, the gained results proved that nutrition regime of preschool institution corresponds to the age of children. The hypothesis - children do not get healthy nutrition in preschool educational institution – is not proved. The key words: nutrition, child, parents, preschool educational institution.
