Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Ietekmējošie faktori jauniešu līdzdalībai uzņēmējdarbībā un uzņēmējdarbības programmās” mērķis ir izpētīt jauniešu uzņēmējdarbības politikas ietekmi un efektivitāti, identificēt faktorus, kas veicina jauniešu dalību uzņēmējdarbības programmās un uzņēmējdarbībā. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika izvirzīts pētāmais jautājums: kādi faktori ietekmē jauniešu uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanu un dalību uzņēmējdarbības programmās Baltijas valstīs? Pētījums sniedz priekštatu par jauniešu uzņēmējdarbības vides un politikas situāciju Baltijas valstīs. Tas analizē politikas ietekmi uz jaunu uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanu vai attīstīšanu, kā arī identificē nepieciešamos atbalsta mehānismus un faktorus, kas ietekmē jauniešu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību un līdzdalību uzņēmējdarbības programmās. Tika atklāts, ka jauniešu līdzdalību uzņēmējdarbības programmas ietekmē laika un informācijas trūkums. Aptaujas rezultāti norāda, ka galvenie šķēršļi, kas kavē jauniešus uzsākt uzņēmējdarbību, ir bailes no neveiksmes un zināšanu trūkums, kas atklāj nepieciešamību stiprināt izglītību un atbalsta mehānismus.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Factors influencing youth participation in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship programs" is to study the impact and effectiveness of youth entrepreneurship policy, to identify factors that promote youth participation in entrepreneurship programs and entrepreneurship. The research question was raised within the framework of the bachelor's thesis: what factors influence youth entrepreneurship start-up and participation in entrepreneurship programs in the Baltic States? The study provides an overview of the youth entrepreneurship environment and policy situation in the Baltic States. It analyzes the impact of policy on the start-up or development of new businesses, as well as identifies the necessary support mechanisms and factors that influence the development of youth entrepreneurship and participation in entrepreneurship programs. It was found that youth participation in entrepreneurship programs is affected by the lack of time and information. The survey results indicate that the main obstacles that prevent young people from starting a business are the fear of failure and lack of knowledge, which reveals the need to strengthen education and support mechanisms.
