Abstract
Maģistra darba mērķis bija veikt čemura augstiņa (Centaurium erythraea) ķīmiskā sastāva un bioloģiskās aktivitātes izvērtēšanu. Analizēti tika in vitro augu, in vitro augu audu, kallusa kultūru un drogas paraugi. Rezultātā tika atrasti divi savienojumi-izoferulskābe (izo-FS) un dihidroferulskābe (dihidro-FS). Veicot ķīmisko izvērtējumu, secināts, ka izo-FS labāk šķīst 96% etanolā, bet dihidro-FS-0% etanolā; abi savienojumi no visām kultūrām lielākā daudzumā atrodami in vitro augu kultūrā. Čemura augstiņa kopējais fenolu daudzums un antiradikālā aktivitāte vislielākā ir in vitro audu augu kultūrā.
The aim of research was determination of chemical composition and biological activity in centaury (Centaurium erythraea). Research materials were samples of in vitro plant, in vitro plant cell, calli cultures and herbal tea. As a result we found two compounds-isoferulic acid (iso-FA) and dihydroferulic acid (dihydro-FA). As found after chemical assessment iso-FA is better soluble in 96% ethanol but dihydro-FA-in 0% ethanol; both compounds were found in greater quantities in samples of in vitro plant culture. Total phenolic content and antiradical activity were higher in samples of in vitro plant cell culture.
