Eiropas Savienības Kohēzijas politikas ietekme uz Pierīgas novadu attīstību: Inčukalna un Ikšķiles novadu gadījums

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Eiropas Savienības kohēzijas politikas ietekme uz Pierīgas novadu attīstību: Inčukalna un Ikšķiles novadu gadījums” mērķis ir noskaidrotu kā 2004.-2006.g. un 2007. – 2013.g. plānošanas periodos noritējusi Eiropas Savienības (ES) fondu līdzekļu apguve Latvijā, tā apzinot ietekmi, ko ir radījusi ES īstenotā kohēzijas politika uz Pierīgas reģionu, par piemēru ņemot Ikšķiles un Inčukalna novadus. Darbā sniegts pārskats par normatīvajiem aktiem, kas regulē ES fondu apguvi un reģionālo attīstību ES un Latvijā. Veikta pētāmo novada ES fondu finansējuma apguves analīze un ietekmes novērtējums. Darba pētījuma daļā ir izmantotas kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās metodes. Darbā veikta datu, informācijas vākšana, apstrāde un analīze. Darba beigās apkopoti secinājumi un doti priekšlikumi abu novadu turpmākai ES finansējuma apgūšanai. Atslēgvārdi – reģions, novads, attīstība, kohēzijas politika, struktūrfondi, Eiropas Savienība.

The objective of the Bachelor Paper is to examine the process of acquiring the resources of European Union (EU) funds in Latvia during the planning periods 2004-2006 and 2007-2013 with studying the effect on the Riga Region caused by the cohesion, considering Ikskile and Incukalns districts as examples. The Paper is providing a summary of regulatory enactments governing acquisition of EU funds and regional development in the EU and Latvia. The analysis of acquiring the funding from the EU funds in the studied counties and assessment of the effect have been carried out. The qualitative and quantitative methods have been used in the research part of the Paper. The data have been gathered, processed and analysed within the Paper. In the end of the Paper conclusions, recommendations have been made for further acquisition of the EU funding.
