Abstract
Darbā ir apskatīta psihotropo zāļu aprite par 2012.gadu, analizējot datus receptēm,
kuras bija izrakstītas pacientiem. Psihotropo līdzekļu patēriņš, kas ir saistīts ar miega un
nomierinošiem līdzekļiem, pieaug, ņemot vēra mūsdienu cilvēka dzīves veidu un ritmu. Darbā
ir apskatīti benzodiazepīni un nebenzodiazepīnu līdzekļi.
Darba mērķis: noskaidrot psihotropo zāļu patēriņu aptiekā un novērot tendences par
2012.gadu.
Tika izpētīta literatūra par stingrās uzskaites anksiolītiskiem, pret epilepsijas un
hipnotiskiem līdzekļiem. Tika noskaidors, ka aptiekā 2012.gadā tika pārdoti 21 dažāds
psihotropo vielu saturošs medikaments un populārākie benzodiazepīnu saturošiem preparāti
bija Alprazolamum un Fenazepamum aktīvās vielas saturoši medikamenti.

In this study the consumption of psychotropic drugs for year 2012 has been analized from the prescriptions that were prescribed to the pacients. Taking in consideration the moderns’ society life style and rhythm in total, the consumption of the psychotropic drugs, especially the sedatives and anxiolitics, has been increased. In the work the benzodiazepine and non-benzodiazepine medications are analized. Purpose of the work: To find out the consumption of psychotropic drugs in the pharmacy and observe the trends for the year 2012. The literature about anxiolytic, anti epileptic and hypnotix drugs has been studied. The performed analysis of the data showed that benzodiazepines have a stable place in the pharmaceutical marker, nevetheless, non-benzodiazepines are also popular nowadays.
