Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Pacienta pirmsoperācijas sagatavošana endoprotezēšanai. Pētījuma aktualitāti pamato pētījumi par pacienta sagatavošanu endoprotezēšanas operācijai saistību ar pēcoperācijas riskiem un statistiskie dati, ka pēdējos divu desmitgadu laikā ir ievērojami samazinājies pacienta stacionārā pavadītais laiks pēc endoprotezēšanas operācijām. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir pacienta sagatavošana pirms endoprotezēšanas operācijas. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūru par enodoprotezēšanu un pacienta sagatavošanu endoprotezēšanas operācijai. Veikt K. Rojas adaptācijas teorijas analīzi saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu. Veikt pētījumu. Apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus. Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacienta pirmsoperācijas sagatavošana endoprotezēšanas operācijai? Pētījuma metodoloģija: Kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode. Datu iegūšanai tika izstrādāti 14 atvērta tipa intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma bāze bija X slimnīca, respondenti izvēlēti pēc ērtuma un brīvprātības principa, traumatoloģijas un ortopēdijas nodaļās strādājošas 10 māsas. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka pacienta sagatavošanu endoprotezēšanas operācijai iedala divos periodos: vispārējā sagatavošana endoprotezēšanas operācijai un tiešā sagatavošana endoprotezēšanas operācijai. Sagatavošanas procesos īpaša uzmanība tiek veltīta pacienta izglītošanai, kas samazina trauksmi un veicina pacienta līdzdalību ārstēšanas procesā. Efektīva medikamentozā terapija ir būtiska, lai pirmsoperācijas periodā samazinātu vai pilnībā novērstu iespējamos riskus pirms operācijas, operācijas vai pēc operācijas posmā. No pētījumā gūtajiem rezultātiem secinām, ka jāuzlabo komunikācija un jāveic individuālu pieeja pacientiem pirms operācijas, lai nodrošinātu efektīvāku sagatavošanu. Pacientu izglītošana un psihoemocionālais atbalsts tiek uzskatīti par būtiskiem faktoriem, kas veicina drošu un kvalitatīvu pacienta sagatavošanu endoprotezēšanas operācijai. Bachelor's thesis topic: Preoperative preparation of a patient for endoprosthetic surgery. The relevance of the study is supported by studies on the relationship between patient preparation for endoprosthetic surgery and postoperative risks and statistical data that the time spent by a patient in the hospital after endoprosthetic surgery has significantly decreased over the past two decades. The aim of the study is to find out what patient preparation is like before endoprosthetic surgery. The research tasks are to summarize and analyze the literature on endoprosthetic surgery and patient preparation for endoprosthetic surgery. To analyze K. Roja's adaptation theory in relation to the topic of the bachelor's thesis. To develop a research instrument. To conduct research. To summarize and analyze the obtained data. To draw conclusions. Research question: What is the preoperative preparation of a patient for endoprosthetic surgery? Research methodology: Qualitative research method. 14 open-ended interview questions were developed to obtain data. The research base was hospital X, respondents were selected on the basis of convenience and voluntariness, 10 nurses working in the traumatology and orthopedic departments. Research results - It is revealed that the preparation of a patient for endoprosthetic surgery is divided into two periods: general preparation for endoprosthetic surgery and direct preparation for endoprosthetic surgery. In the preparation processes, special attention is paid to patient education, which reduces anxiety and promotes patient participation in the treatment process. Effective drug therapy is essential to reduce or completely eliminate possible risks in the preoperative period before surgery, during surgery or after surgery. From the results obtained in the study, we conclude that communication should be improved and an individual approach should be taken to patients before surgery to ensure more effective preparation. Patient education and psycho-emotional support are considered essential factors that contribute to safe and high-quality patient preparation for endoprosthetic surgery.
