1. Klases Skolēnu adaptācijas veicināšanas iespējas sākumskolā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma bija: 1. klases skolēnu adaptācijas veicināšanas iespējas sākumskolā. 7 gadus vecam bērnam ir pēc iespējas ātrāk jāpielāgojas skolai un jāiemācas veidot attiecības ar vienaudžiem. Tas skolēnam var radīt grūtības un kavēt tālāko izaugsmi. Darba mērķis bija: Izpētīt pedagogu, bērnu vecāku, sociālā pedagoga un psihologa viedokļus par 1. klases skolēnu adaptācijas grūtībām un adaptācijas veicināšanas iespējām sākumskolā un izstrādāt ieteikumus pirmās klases skolēnu adaptācijas sekmēšanai sākumskolā. Darba empīriskajā daļā tika veikta pedagogu un bērnu vecāku anketēšana, skolas psihologa un sociālā pedagoga intervēšana, apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādātas rekomendācijas. Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka gan pedagogi, gan arī bērnu vecāki adaptācijās procesu sākumskolas izglītības iestādē uzskata par ļoti aktuālu un nozīmīgu, svarīga ir sadarbība starp pedagogu un bērna vecākiem. Skolas psihologs un sociālais pedagogs atbalstīja tādu metožu izmantošanu, kas dotu iespēju bērniem pierast pie skolas režīma un veicinātu draudzīgu attiecību veidošanos klases kolektīvā. Atslēgas vardi: adaptācija, skolēns, pedagogi, bērna vecāki, pedagoga darba metodes, socializēšanās.

The Master’s Thesis topic is: The opportunities for promoting adaptation of 1st grade pupils in primary school. A 7-year-old child needs to adapt to school as soon as possible and learn how to build relationships with peers. This can cause difficulties for the student and hinder further growth. The aim of the work was: To study the opinions of pedagogues, children's parents, social pedagogue, and psychologist about difficulties of adaptation of 1st grade students and possibilities of promoting adaptation in primary school and to develop recommendations for promoting adaptation of first grade students in primary school. In the empirical part of the paper, questionnaires of teachers and parents of children, interviews of the school psychologist and social educator were carried out, the results of the study were compiled, conclusions were drawn, and recommendations were drawn up. The results of the study showed that both teachers and parents of children consider the process of adaptation in the primary school educational institution to be very topical and significant, cooperation between the teacher and the parents of the child is important. The school psychologist and social educator supported using the methods that would enable children to get used to school mode and encourage the development of friendly relationships within the class.
