Abstract
Maģistra darba autors – Vitālijs Barilo. Darba tēma ir “Uzņēmuma SIA “Anada” attīstības virzieni”, darba mērķis ir balstoties uz SIA “Anada” darbības analīzi, noteikt piemērotākus uzņēmuma attīstības virzienus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to īstenošanai.
Darba tēma ir izvēlēta, jo uzņēmumam strauji attīstoties vēl nav izstrādāta stratēģija un pastāv daudz iespēju kur attīstīties un uzņēmuma vadībai jāpieņem lēmumu kur ieguldīt savus līdzekļus un laiku.
Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām un maģistra darba apjoms ir 91 lappuses, tajā ir ievietotas 8.tabulas, 15.grafiskie attēli un 3.pielikumi.
Darbā tiek aprakstīta stratēģijas izstrāde, vīzijas un misijas svarīgums, kā arī tiek analizētā SIA “Anada” darbība no personālvadības un mārketinga puses, ka arī tika veikta finanšu analīze. Darba autors piedāvā vairākas uzņēmuma attīstības iespējas.
The author – Vitālijs Barilo. Thesis theme is “Development directions for SIA “Anada”, the purpose of the thesis is based on the activity analysis of the firm to find out the most suitable development directions for SIA “Anada” and to provide proposals for the implementation of those directions. The theme was chosen because of the rapid growth of the firm, still there is no strategy developed, there are a lot of direction to choose from, and management has to choose where to put their financial resources and time. Thesis has three chapters, 91 pages, 8 tables, 15 graphic images and 3 attachments. The thesis gives a description of strategy development, the importance of vision and mission and the analysis of SIA “Anada” is made, analyzing human resources, marketing and financial results. The author of the thesis provides multiple development directions to choose from.
