Abstract
Aplūkotas literatūrā aprakstītās monolītu īpašības, izgatavošanas metodes un to apstākļi, kā arī monolītu izmantošanas iespējas hromatogrāfijā. Darbā veikta metakrilātu monomēru kapilāro monolītu kolonnu izgatavošana ar termisko polimerizāciju un fotopolimerizāciju, kā arī veikta hromatogrāfiskā analīze, izmantojot fotopolimerizācijas ceļā iegūto monolītu kolonnu.
Preparation, properties and applications of monolithic materials in chromatography have been studied in the literature. Preparation of methacrylic monolithic capillary columns by thermal polymerisation and photopolymerisation has been investigated. Obtained photopolymerised monolithic columns have been used in the chromatographic analysis.
