Abstract
Maģistra darbs “Priekšlikumi Pierīgas urbāno teritoriju plānošanai – Ādažu, Ķekavas un Mārupes piemēri” izstrādāts, lai sniegtu ieteikumus turpmākai teritoriju plānošanai Rīgai tuvumā esošajās urbānajās teritorijās, balstoties uz Latvijas apstākļiem piemērojamu pilsētvides kvalitatīvu vērtēšanu, izmantojot Ādažu, Ķekavas un Mārupes piemēru. Pētījumā tiek skaidrots, kas ir urbānās teritorijas, kādas ir to kvalitātes, tiek sniegts priekšlikums par tiem aspektiem, kas būtu jāņem vērā urbāno teritoriju vērtējumos Pierīgā. Balstoties uz pētījumu analīzi, tika izstrādāts ietvara priekšlikums urbāno teritoriju vērtēšanai Pierīgā.
The master's thesis “Proposals for the planning of Pierīga's urban areas – cases of Ādaži, Kekava and Mārupe” was developed to provide recommendations for future planning of areas in the cities near Rīga, based on a qualitative assessment of urban areas applicable to territories in the urban areas close to Rīga, based on the qualitative assessment of the urban environment applicable to the conditions of Latvia, using the example of Ādaži, Ķekava and Mārupe. The study explains what urban areas are, what their qualities are, and offers a proposal on the aspects that should be taken into account in the evaluation of urban areas in Pierīga. Based on the research analysis, a framework proposal for the evaluation of urban areas in Pierīga was developed.
