Abstract
Diplomdarba ietvaros, izstrādājot Android mobilo lietojumprogrammu ar alternatīvu autentifikācijas mehānismu, tika risināta Rīgas domes Informācijas tehnoloģiju centra vajadzībām izmantotās IT procesu vadības sistēmas trūkstošo lietotāju licenču problēma.
Darbā autors analizē esošo procesu vadības sistēmu, nosaka prasības sistēmas papildinājuma izstrādei, kā arī veic jaunas lietojumprogrammas izstrādi.
Rezultātā ir izstrādāta Android mobilā lietojumprogramma ar tīmekļa vietni kā satura avotu un alternatīvu autentifikācijas mehānismu, kas risina konstatēto problēmu, kā arī nodrošina vairākas citas priekšrocības.

In this diploma work is developed a mobile application that is based on the Android with an alternative authentication mechanism that solves problem with lack of IT process management system licenses that are used in Riga City Council Information Tehnology Cenrte.
