Abstract
Maģistra darba “Tūrisma attīstības iespējas Madonas novadā” mērķis ir veicināt tūrisma attīstību Madonas novadā. Problēmas apzināšanai veikta tūrisma jomas izpēte Madonas novadā, ekspertu intervijas un Latvijas iedzīvotāju aptauja. Tika identificēta un izvēlēta konkrētā problēma – Madonas novadā esošās naktsmītnes ir novecojušas. Maģistra darbā piedāvāts šīs problēmas risinājums projekta veidā. Tiek plānota trīs modernu brīvdienu māju izveide zem zemes mežā Madonas novada Aronas pagasta “Strautnieku” teritorijā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 106 lapām, 17 tabulām, 29 attēliem un 43 pielikumiem.
The aim of the Master’s thesis “Tourism Development Opportunities in Madona Municipality” is to promote tourism development in the Madona region. To identify the problem, a study of the tourism sector in Madona Municipality was conducted, including expert interviews and a survey of Latvian residents. A specific problem was identified and selected – the existing accommodations in Madona Municipality are outdated. The thesis offers a solution to this issue in the form of a project. The plan is to develop three modern underground holiday homes in the forested area of “Strautnieki,” Arona Parish, Madona Municipality. The Master's thesis consists of 106 pages, 17 tables, 29 figures, and 43 appendices.
