Abstract
Maģistra darbs par tēmu „Industriālā politika Latvijā” sastāv no trīs daļām. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas industriju un tās perspektīvas pēc veiksmīgi realizētas industriālās politikas. Industriālā politika vēl nav izstrādāta, bet ir pieejamas industriālās politikas vadlīnijas. Pētītais ir Latvijas nozīmīgākie rādītāji un veikts apraksts par nepieciešamajām darbībām, kas īstenojamas, lai uzlabotu industrializēšanās procesu. Autors ir izvirzījis iespēju atbalstīt un attīstīt radošo industriju politiku, uzsverot, ka radošās industrijas spētu sniegt lielāku pievienoto vērtību un produktivitāti valstij.
This master’s thesis “Industrial Policy of Latvia” consists of three main parts. The goal of this research is to determine, if the Industrial Policy for Latvia is the right choice for long term development and economic growth. Latvia has made guidelines for the Industrial Policy process and is ready to take the next step and launch the Industrial Policy process. During this research the author has made data analysis for the main economic factors of Latvia and has come to proposal to change the Industrial Policy process to the Creative industry policy. Based on this research the author has come to the conclusion that this could be a huge icebreaker for Latvia during the next 10 years of its development.
