Līderības aspektu ietekme uz Scrum pārvaldītu projektu efektivitāti

Abstract

Programmatūras izstrādi veic pēc dažādām metodoloģijām, satvariem un to atvasinājumiem. Bieži tiek izmantota Scrum metodoloģija, jo sākotnēji nav jābūt definētām visām prasībām, ātri tiek izstrādāti prototipi un savlaicīgi var atrast kļūdas un veikt papildinājumus pēc jaunākajām klienta prasībām. Scrum projektos komandas pašas organizē savu darbu – tām nav viena vadītāja, kas kontrolē darbu. Šādos apstākļos izstrādes komandas locekļiem ir jāuzņemas līdera lomu un jākoordinē projekta izstrādes gaitu, lai sasniegtu vēlamo rezultātu. Pētījumā ir apskatīts kā dažādi līderības aspekti ir ietekmējuši notikumus uzņēmumu projektos, kādu iespaidu tie ir atstājuši uz projektu izstrādes efektivitāti un rezultātu, un kā pilnveidot līderības aspektus izstrādes komandas locekļu vidū.

Software development is done by various methodologies, frameworks and their derivations. Often Scrum methodology is used, because in the beginning all requirements do not have to be defined, prototypes can be developed in early stages, errors detected and improvements made according to the requests of the client. In Scrum projects teams coordinate their work – there is not one manager, which controls the work. In these circumstances the members of the team have to become leaders and coordinate the development process to achieve their goal. In the study leadership aspects are examined in software development company projects to see how they have changed the events and effectiveness during the project, how the result was affected and how to improve leadership aspects among the team members.
