Mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšanas iespējas pedagoģiskajā procesā vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumposmā

Abstract

Darbu izstrādāja: Latvijas Universitātes pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes studente Sabīne Ķikute. Darba nosaukums: mācīšanās motivācijas sekmēšanas iespējas pedagoģiskajā procesā vecākajā pirmsskolas vecumposmā. Darba mērķis: ir veikt pētījumu par vecākā pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu mācīšanās motivācijas veidošanās faktoriem un iespējām motivācijas veicināšanai. Darbā tika apkopotas un analizētas pedagogu un psihologu atziņas par vecākā pirmsskolas vecumposma mācīšanās motivāciju. Darbā veikta mācību motivācijas sekmēšanas izpēte pirmsskolā. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi tika veikta pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma darbība, kur tika pielietotas trīs motivācijas veicināšanas metodes - uzskates līdzekļu pielietošana, bērni patstāvīgi nosaka darba izpildes gaitu un kopīga tēmu plānošana. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem un ieteikumiem. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no pedagogu un psihologu teorētiskajām atziņām par motivācijas veidošanos, šī nodaļa sastāv no četrām apakšnodaļām. Šajā nodaļā tiek veikta mācīšanās motivācijas teorētisko nostādņu izpēte. Nodaļā tika analizētas un apkopotas motivācijas veicināšanas metodes. Praktiskā daļa sastāv no piecām apakšnodaļām. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikta vecākā pirmsskolas vecumposma bērnu novērošana un veiktas pārrunas. Balstoties uz novērošanas un pārrunu rezultātu analīzi, tika veikta pedagoģiskā izmēģinājuma darbība, kur tika pielietotas trīs motivācijas veicināšanas metodes, lai sekmētu bērnu mācīšanās motivāciju. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 48 lappusēm, satur 2 tabulas. Darbā tika izmantoti 34 literatūras un informācijas avots. Darbā ietverts 1 pielikums.

The work was developed by: Sabīne Ķikute, a student of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Art, University of Latvia. Job title: Possibilities of promoting learning motivation in the pedagogical process in the oldest pre-school age. The aim of the study: to conduct a study on the factors of learning motivation of older preschool children and opportunities to promote motivation. The paper summarised and analysed the findings of teachers and psychologists on the motivation of older pre-school learning. The study of the promotion of learning motivation in preschool was performed in the work. In order to achieve the set goal, a pedagogical pilot activity was carried out, where three methods of motivation promotion were used - the use of visual aids, children independently determine the course of work and joint planning of topics. The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical and practical part, conclusions and recommendations. The theoretical part consists of the theoretical findings of teachers and psychologists on the formation of motivation, this chapter consists of four subchapters. In this chapter, the research of theoretical principles of learning motivation is carried out. The chapter analysed and summarised the methods of motivation promotion. The practical part consists of five subsections. In the practical part, the oldest pre-school children were observed and interviewed. Based on the analysis of the results of observation and discussion, a pedagogical pilot activity was carried out, where three methods of motivation promotion were used to promote children's learning motivation. The bachelor's thesis consists of 48 pages, contains 2 tables. 34 literature and information sources were used in the work. The work includes 1 appendix.
