Abstract
Darbā tiek apskatīts no laika atkarīgs atsevišķu elekronu transports adiabātiskos
kvantu sūkņos. Īpaša uzmanība tiek pievērsta procesa precizitētei. Kvantu sūkņa darbība
tiek aprakstīta, izmantojot uz kinētiskiem vienādojumiem balstītu modeli. Skaitliskie
aprēķini un datu apstrāde veikti, izmantojot programmu paketi “Wolfram Mathematica
10:0”. Iegūtie skaitliskie rezultāti ir salīdzināti ar eksperimentāliem datiem. Ir veikta
kļūdu mehānismu klasifikācija un iegūtas analītiskais izteiksmes kļūdu aprakstam.
In this study time-dependent single-electron transport in the adiabatic quantum pumps is described mainly focusing on the pumping accuracy. Mathematical model of electron pump is based on the Master equation. For numerical calculations and data processing computational software program “Wolfram Mathematica 10:0” is used. Numerically calculated results are compared with experimentally measured data. Error mechanism classification is done and analytical expressions for the error calculation are derived.
