Abstract

. Bakalaura darba tēma: „ Stomas pacientu postoperatīvā aprūpe”. Bakalaura darba mērķis – izpētīt stomas pacientu postoperatīvās aprūpes iespējas stacionāros. Lai sasniegtu mērķi ir izvirzīta pērījuma hipotēze – pacientiem pēc stomu izveides operācijas ir nepietiekama postoperatīvā aprūpe stacionāros. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Bakalaura darbs balstīts uz Dorotejas Oremas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar stomas pacientu postoperatīvo aprūpi. Teorētiskajā daļā apkopota informācija par stomu, tās kopšanu. Aplūkota literatūra par aprūpi. Sagatavots materiāls par valsts apmaksātiem aprūpes līdzekļiem pacientiem ar stomu. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības instruments anketa. Anketa sastāv no 16 jautājumiem. Aptaujāti tika 50 pacienti ar kolostomu vai ileostomu agrīnajā postoperatīvajā periodā. Izvirzītā hipotēze – pacientiem pēc stomu izveides operācijas ir nepietiekama postoperatīvā aprūpe stacionāros, apstiprinājās. Bakalaura darbā izmantoti 24 literatūras avoti. The thesis of the Bachelor work: “The care for the postoperative patients." The goal of Bachelor work - to carry out the research on the possibilities of the healthcare for post-surgery patients with a stoma at hospitals. In order to achieve the objective a research hypothesis was put forward – patients after operations by means of a stoma have insufficient post-surgery care at hospitals. The Bachelor work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The Bachelor work is based on Dorothea Orem nursing theory in relation to the post-surgery care for the patients with a stoma. The theoretical part contains summary on the stoma and the ways it should be treated. Bibliographical sources on care have been analysed. Information on the treatment remedies for the patients with a stoma paid by the State has been summarised and depicted. A quantitative research method was applied for the needs of the research within the Bachelor work. The research tool - a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 16 questions. 50 patients with ileostomy or colostomy during the early post-surgery period took part in the questionnaire. The hypothesis put forward in the Bachelor work patients after operations by means of a stoma have insufficient post-surgery care at hospitals has been proved. 24 bibliographical sources were used in the Bachelor work.
