Latvijas politisko līderu reakcija krīzes situācijās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Latvijas politisko līderu reakcija krīzes situācijās”. Autore ar šī pētījuma mērķi vēlas noskaidrot cik pareiza reakcija krīzes gadījumos ir sekojusi no politiskajiem līderiem. Darbā tika apskatīti trīs Latvijas gadījumi un attiecīgi no tiem izvirzīts izpētes jautājums: Kā notiek atbildes reakcijas no Latvijas politiskajiem līderiem uz autores izvēlētajiem krīzes gadījumiem? Un izvirzītas trīs hipotēzes: 1. Zolitūdes veikala „Maxima” krīze atbilst pēkšņas krīzes veidam, kas prasa no līderiem tūlītēju reakciju. 2. „Parex bankas” krīze atbilst lēni briestošam krīzes veidam, kas prasa no līdera reaģēt pārstrukturējot organizāciju. 3. Saeimas atlaišanas krīze atbilst lēni briestošam krīzes veidam, kas prasa no līdera reaģēt pārstrukturējot organizāciju, kas darba gaitā apstiprinājās.

Thesis topic is “Latvian political leaders response to crisis situations”. The author with this goal of the thesis want ascertain compliance with the response in case of crisis, the political leaders. The thesis examines three cases and Latvian respectively from those research question: How does the response of the Latvian political leaders on the author's chosen crises? And put forward three hypotheses: 1. Zolitudes store "Maxima" crisis corresponds to the sudden nature of the crisis, which requires immediate response from the leaders. 2.
