Abstract
Dzīvesveida paradumiem ir liela ietekme uz īstermiņa un ilgtermiņa veselību, kā arī dzīves kvalitāti. Lai arī nav veikti daudzi pētījumi par grupu treniņu ietekmi uz veselīga dzīvesveida paradumu veicināšanu, ir skaidrs, ka grupu treniņi ir lielisks veids, kā būt fiziski aktīvam neatkarīgi no fiziskās sagatavotības, pieredzes, vecuma vai dzimuma, kā arī tā ir iespēja socializēties. Darba mērķis ir veicot kvantitatīvo aptauju un daļēji strukturēto interviju noskaidrot, un analizēt, vai grupu treniņi spēj veicināt veselīga dzīvesveida paradumus Darbā trijās nodaļās tika aplūkots visaptverošs raksturojums grupu treniņiem, paradumu veidošanās un maiņas mehānismi, kā arī veselīga dzīvesveida pamatnosacījumi, šķēršļi un veicinātāji. Pētījuma ietvaros, kurā piedalījās 154 respondents, tika izstrādāta aptauja par grupu treniņu apmeklēšanas paradumiem un to ietekmi. Veicot literatūras un iegūto datu analīzi, tika secināts, ka grupu treniņi palīdz cilvēkiem būt aktīvākiem ikdienā, kā arī apmeklējot tos regulāri un konsekventi, grupu treniņi veicina veselīgus dzīvesveida paradumus.
Lifestyle habits have a major impact on short-time and long-term health and quality of life. Although there hasn't been much research on the Effects of group training on promoting healthy lifestyle habits, it's clear that group exercise is a great way to be physically active regardless of fitness, experience, age or gender, and it's also an opportunity to socialize. The aim of the work is to find out and analyze whether group training can promote healthy lifestyle habits by conducting a quantitative survey and a semi-structured interview. In three chapters, the work discussed a comprehensive description of group training, the mechanisms of habit formation and change, as well as the components, barriers and facilitators for adopting a healthy lifestyle. As part of the study, in which 154 respondents took part, a survey was developed on the habits of attending group trainings and their effects. By analyzing the literature and the obtained data, it was concluded that group training helps people to be more active in everyday life, and when attending them regularly and consistently, group training promotes healthy lifestyle habits.
