tiek analizēta valsts un Baznīcas attiecību modeļi, to vēsturiskais mantojums un
vēsturiskā pieredze pasaulē un Latvijā. 2. nodaļā tiek pētītas valsts un Baznīcas
attiecības Latvijas teritorijā:1906.-1918.g. 3. nodaļā tiek pētītas valsts un Baznīcas
attiecības LR parlamentārisma periodā: 1919.-1934.g. Promocijas darba 4.nodaļā tiek
analizētas valsts un Baznīcas attiecības LR autoritārisma periodā: 1934. -1940.g.
Annotation Dissertation “The relations between the Church and State in Latvia: 1906-1940” has been written at University of Latvia, Faculty of History and Philosophy, Department of History of Latvia in 2008. Author: Inese Runce. Mentor: Aleksandrs Gavriļins, PhD. The dissertation is composed of introduction, review of sources and bibliography, four chapters, conclusion, index of sources and literature and two appendixes. Chapter 1 deals with the analysis of models of relations between State and Church, its historical heritage and experience in the world history and Latvia. Chapter 2 gives research on relations between Church and State in Latvia: 1906.-1918. Chapter 3 approaches the relations between State and Church in Latvia in the parliamentarian period: 1918.-1934. Chapter 4 is devoted to analysis of relations between State and Church in Latvia during the authoritarian regime: 1934-1940.
