Abstract
Diplomdarbā tika apskatīti Beijesa statistikas un izdzīvošanas analīzes pamati, sīkāk apskatot izdzīvošanas analīzes parametrisko modeļu interpretāciju Beijesa statistikā. Praktiskajā daļa tika aprakstīts Hamiltona Monte Karlo algoritms un Stan programmatūra. Papildus tika izpētītas iespējas praktiski pielietot Beijesa statistikas metodes reāliem un simulētiem izdzīvošanas datiem.
This bachelor thesis looks at the Bayesian statistics inference and basic principles of survival analysis as well as how the more popular survival analysis parametric models are used under the Bayesian paradigm. Practical application of the Weibull and exponential model to right-censored survival data was researched and several methods described. Additionally, Hamilton Monte Carlo algorithm and programming language Stan was described.
