Abstract
Pirolidīnu un piperidīnu sintēze iekšmolekulārā Hofera-Moesta reakcijā. Treijs E. J., zinātniskā vadītāja PhD Oļesja Koleda. Bakalaura darbs. 55 lpp., 27 attēli, 26 literatūras avoti, 1 pielikums. Latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darba ietvaros izstrādāja Hofera-Moesta reakciju malonskābes monoesteru ciklizēšanai par pirolidīniem un piperidīniem. Iztrādāja sintētisku metodi N-nukleofilu saturošu N acilaminomalonskābju monoesteriem. Hofera–Moesta reakcijai optimizēja fona elektrolītu.

A successful synthetic approach was developed for the synthesis of N-tethered nucleophile containing N-acylmanolnic acid monoesters. The supporting electrolyte was optimized for the Hofer-Moest reaction.
