Menopauze un alternatīvā terapija

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: menopauze un alternatīvā terapija. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot sieviešu zināšanas par menopauzi un alternatīvo terapiju. Hipotēze: sievietēm ir nepietiekošas zināšanas par menopauzi un alternatīvo terapiju. Teorētiskajā daļā veikts plašs literatūras avotu apskats par menopauzi un alternatīvās terapijas metodēm. Darbā izskatīta K. Rojas teorija. Darbā izmantota kvantitatīva pētniecības metode – anketēšana. Kā instruments izmantota strukturēta aptaujas anketa. Praktiskajā daļā aptaujātas 120 sievietēs ar mērķi noskaidrot sieviešu zināšanas par menopauzi un alternatīvo terapiju. Darbā tika uzradīti pētījuma rezultāti un veikta šo rezultātu analīze. Pēc aptaujas rezultātiem ir redzams, ka hipotēze apstiprinājusies. Darbā tika izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti. Atslēgas vārdi: menopauze, klimakss, alternatīva medicīna.

Name of the bachelor paper: Menopause and Alternative Therapy. The aim of the research: to find out what do women know about menopause and alternative therapy. The hypothesis: women do not have enough knowledge about menopause and alternative therapy. In the theoretical part the author presents review of special literature about menopause and alternative therapy methods. The theory of K. Rojas is observed in the paper. The quantitative non-experimental method is used during the research – questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among 120 women. The aim of the questionnaire was to check women’s knowledge about menopause and alternative therapy. The results of the research are presented in the paper in form of diagrams and analysed. The results of questionnaire show that hypothesis was correct. In the process of writing the paper 33 literary sources were used. Keywords: menopause, climax, alternative medicine.
