| dc.description.abstract | Problēmas kopējā Latvijas veselības aprūpes organizēšanas un finansēšanas sistēmā radījušas nopietnas problēmas arī brīvprātīgajā veselības apdrošināšanas tirgū. Diplomdarba „Veselības apdrošināšanas tirgus Latvijā” mērķis ir noskaidrot veselības apdrošināšanas tirgus attīstības tendences pamatojoties uz līdzšinējo tirgus attīstību, iespējamās kopējās veselības aprūpes sistēmas reorganizāciju un ievērojot starptautisko pieredzi. Pētījuma rezultātā autors secināja, ka veicot restrukturizāciju esošajā veselības aprūpes organizēšanas un finansēšanas sistēmā uzlabotos ne vien medicīnas pakalpojumu pieejamība un kvalitāte, bet daudz sekmīgāk attīstītos arī brīvprātīgās veselības apdrošināšanas tirgus. | dc.description.abstract | Common problems in the health care organization and financing system in Latvia have created serious problems for the voluntary health insurance market. Diploma paper “Latvian health insurance market” goal is to ascertain the health insurance market trends based on current market developments, the possible overall health system reorganization and in conformity with international experience. During the research author arrived at a conclusion that performing structural reforms in the health care organization and financing system would improve not only the availability of healthcare services and quality but as well would help to develop a voluntary health insurance market.
