Konstitucionālās vērtības Latvijas Republikas Satversmē un Eiropā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta Latvijas Republikas Satversme un Eiropas pamatlīgumi. Mērķis ir noskaidrojot kristīgās pamatvērtības un to ietekmi uz postmodernisma sabiedrības vērtībām, izzināt to atspoguļojumu Latvijas Republikas Satversmē, kā arī Eiropā. Darba uzdevumi ir iepazīties ar 1922.gada Satversmē iekļauto Satversmes kodolu, analizēt valsts identitātes pazīmes, apkopot informāciju par konstitucionālām vērtībām citās valstīs un iepazīstināties ar Eiropas Savienības pamatidejām. Pētijumā secināts, ka galvenās cilvēku vērtības laika gaitā netiek mainītas, tās tiek pielāgotas laika periodam un cilvēku izpratnei, kā arī sabiedrībā ir pieņemts viens vērtību kopums, kurš ir atzīts visā pasaulē, katram cilvēkam izceļot sev tuvākās vērtības un sekojot tām. The given Bachelor’s Thesis analyses the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia and the main European laws. The objective is to arrive at the fundamental Christian values and their effect on the values of postmodernist society, and to examine how they are reflected in the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia and elsewhere in Europe. The aims of the Thesis include analysis of the core of the Constitution of 1922, the main features of the identity of a nation, collating information about constitutional values in other countries, and the fundamental concepts of the European Union. The Thesis concludes that the main human values do not change over the course of time, they are adapted to each given period of time and people’s comprehension, and that society has accepted a common set of values recognised everywhere in the world, with every individual distinguishing and following the values closest to him or her.
