Abstract
Galapārbaudes darbs „Cilvēkkapitāla izmantošanas specifikas ietekme uz Japānas ekonomiku tās izglītības un nodarbinātības sistēmas ietvaros”, kura autors ir Krists Vilemsons, ir pētījums par Japānas izglītības un nodarbinātības sistēmu un tā mērķis ir noskaidrot Japānas nodarbinātības specifisko problēmu ietekmi uz tās ekonomiku.
Analizējot japāņu izglītības sistēmas, darba tirgus un nodarbinātības specifiku, autoram izdevās noskaidrot, ka galvenās problēmas ir nespēja veicināt radošumu caur izglītības sistēmu, paaugstināts ilgtermiņa bezdarbs un vienādu darbu veicošu darbinieku segregācija pēc dzimuma un darba līguma tipa. Tika atklāts, ka darbinieku diskriminācija patiešām rada negatīvu ietekmi uz darba ražīgumu Japānā, bet to vienlaikus atsver tās daudz nozīmīgākais pozitīvais iespaids uz ekonomikas sakārtošanu valstī.

The final examination work „ The Influence of Human Capital Utilization Specifics on the Economy of Japan within Its Educational and Employment System”, written by Krist Vilemson, is a research about the Japanese educational and employment system and its aim is to find out the scope of influence that this system’s problems have on Japan’s economy. By analysing the specifics of the Japanese educational system, labor market structure and employment practices the author identified the lack of creativity in the educational system, heightened long-term unemployment and the segregation of employees by gender and type of contract as the main underlying problems. The discrimination was indeed found to form a weak connection to a fall in labor productivity; however it also had a much more significant positive influence on increasing the overall efficiency of the economy, which more than makes up for its drawbacks.
