Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ,, Māsas rīcība hipotermijas profilaksē operāciju laikā “. Tēma ir aktuāla, jo pēdējo gadu laikā mūsdienu ķirurģijā lielu uzmanību ir piesaistījusi nopietna problēma – nejauša intraoperatīva hipotermija. Nejaušai intraoperatīvas hipotermijas profilaksei ir liela nozīme operācijas procesā un pēcoperācijas periodā. Nejaušas intraoperatīvas hipotermijas attīstības biežums operāciju zāle, izpētot vairākus avotus, svārstās no 60% līdz 90%. Šāds stāvoklis ir atkarīgs no problēmai pievērstās uzmanības daudzuma. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas rīcību hipotermijas profilaksei operāciju laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izveidot pētījuma instrumentu, balstoties uz literatūras avotiem, veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu (intervēt anestēzijas māsas un veikt novērojumu). Apkopot un analizēt pētījuma rezultātus. Darbā pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir māsas rīcība hipotermijas profilaksei operāciju laikā? Pētniecības instruments: daļēji strukturēta intervija un novērošanas protokols. Pētījuma metode – kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode.

The theme of the bachelor is „ Nurses actions in hypothermia prevention during operations”. Chosen topic covers the issue of unpremeditated hypothermia at perioperative period which draws attention of modern surgery for the past year time. Actions for the prevention process has important meaning during times of surgical procedure and postoperative period. According to various information resources, a chance to develop unpremeditated hypothermia during surgical procedure varies from 60 to 90 percent. Possibility rate depends on the amount of attention dedicated for issue resolving. Aim of work is to determine actions step to take by nurse for hypothermia prevention during surgical procedure. The research has several tasks to complete – pilot study, creation of research tools based on reference literature, full-scale research based on nurse anesthetist survey and observation performance, summarize research results and analyse the outcomes. The question is: what are nurse actions for hypothermia prevention during surgery? The research tool: semi - structured interview and observation protocol. The study method is – quality.
