Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts kriminālprocesuālās sistēmas ģenēzei Krievijas teritorijā no pirmā valsts veidojuma rašanās 9. gadsimtā līdz 1864. gada tiesu reformai. Bakalaura darba uzdevums ir sniegt priekšstatu par Krievijas kriminālprocesa attīstību.The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the question of the genesis of the criminal procedural system, which existed in the territory of Russia from the first state formation in the 9 th century to the first major judicial reform, which took place on November 20, 1864. The task of the bachelor's thesis is to give a concept of Russia's criminal procedural system evolution.
