Projekts Vēja ģeneratora uzstādīšana Venspils rajonā Targales pagastā

Abstract

Darbā ir 8 nodaļas. Pirmajā daļā tiek aprakstīta projekta ideja un aktualitāte. Otrajā daļā tiek apskatīta uzņēmuma struktūra un darbības veids. Trešajā daļā ir apskatīta nozare un tā loma Latvijas tautsaimniecībā. Ceturtā nodaļā tiek raksturots uzņēmuma produkts, kā arī apskatīti sadarbības partneri un piegādātāji. SIA „X Vēji ” galaprodukts ir elektrība, kas ražota izmantojot vēja enerģiju. Lai ieviestu šādu produktu – vēja ģeneratoru/us dzīvē, ir jāveic vairāku gadu sagatavošanas darbi. Piektajā daļa ir uzrakstīts mārketinga plāns, potenciālu patērētāju raksturojums, konkurentu raksturojums, kā arī divi scenariji peļņas dabūšanai. Sestajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti projektām nepieciešamie resursi, tādi kā investīcijas, darbinieki, u.c Septītā daļa tā ir apreķīnu daļa. Tiek apskatītas uzņēmuma plānoti ienākumi, izdevumi, kā arī var aplūkot bilanci, peļņas vai zaudejumu aprēķiņus, naudas plūsmas pārskatu un kredīta dzēšanas grafiku. Pedējā nodaļā tiek izanalizēti potenciālie riski un to minimizēšanas iespējas. Projekta lielākais risks ir vēja ātrums noteiktajā reģionā, jo tā ir dabas parādība, ko nevar patvaļīgi ietekmēt. Lai samazinātu šo risku, tika veikti vēja mērījumi prognozētajā vēja ģeneratora uzstādīšanas vietā, kā arī tika veikts salīdzinājums ar tuvāko hidrometeoroloģisko staciju vēja rādītājiem.

SIA "X Vēji" is the final product of electricity produced using wind energy. In order to introduce such products - wind generators / s in life, has taken several years of preparatory work. Initially, SIA "X Vēji" was established to explore the potential of wind energy production opportunities Tārgales parish. Due to the acquisition of necessary permits and positive wind speed indicators, Ltd. "X Vēji" has decided to continue carrying out the project and work on funding and contract with suppliers. The last chapter is analyzed the potential risks and their minimization opportunities. The biggest risk of the project is wind speed within the region, because it is a natural phenomenon that can not be arbitrarily affected. To minimize this risk, the wind measurements were made in the forecast wind turbine installation sites as well as the comparison was made with the local hydro-meteorological stations in the wind indicators.
