Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darba temats: 4-5 gadīgu bērnu pareizas stājas veicināšana deju nodarbībās. Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Valērija Ērika Kuzina. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: analizēt un pētīt pareizas stājas veidošanas iespējas pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem deju nodarbībās. Kvalifikācijas darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta teorētiskā literatūra par stājas būtību un traucējumu veidiem, pedagoģiskajiem novērojumiem un deju ietekmi uz stāju, kas balstīta uz zinātniskās literatūras autoru atziņām. Kvalifikācijas darba empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts pedagoģiskais novērojums un pedagoģiskā darbība, kas ļauj noskaidrot stājas traucējumu profilakses nepieciešamību un rezultātus, kā arī veikt iegūto datu analīzi. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka iesaistot bērnus deju nodarbībās, atlasot bērniem saistošu saturu, kad bērni labprāt iesaistās un veic vingrinājumus, kustības, kustību kombinācijas, pētījums pierādīja, ka deju nodarbības var uzlabot un ietekmēt stāju. Darbs sastāv no: 37.lpp., 2.nodaļām, 5.apakšnodaļām, 4.attēliem, 2.tabulām, 7.pielikumiem, 22.literatūras un informācijas avotiem.
The title of the qualification work: Promoting the correct posture of 4-5 year old children in dance classes. Author of the qualification work: Valerija Ērika Kuzina. The purpose of the qualification work: to analyze and research the possibilities of creating the right posture for preschool children in dance lessons. The theoretical part of the qualification work analyzes the theoretical literature on the nature of posture and types of disorders, pedagogical observations and the effect of dance on posture, based on the findings of the authors of scientific literature. In the empirical part of the qualification work, pedagogical observation and pedagogical activity are performed, which allows to find out the necessity and results of prevention of posture disorders, as well as to analyze the obtained data. As a result of the research, it was found that by involving children in dance classes, selecting content that is engaging for children, when children are happy to engage and perform exercises, movements, combinations of movements, the study showed that dance classes can improve and influence posture. The work consists of: 37 pages, 2 chapters, 5 subchapters, 4 images, 2 tables, 7 attachments, 22 literature and information sources.
