RPA tehnoloģijas izmantošana uzņēmējdarbībā un biznesa procesos

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “RPA tehnoloģijas izmantošana uzņēmējdarbībā un biznesa procesos”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir īstenot RPA tehnoloģiju izmantošanas testēšanu uzņēmuma “X” biznesa procesa darba efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Darbs sastāv no divām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļa tiek veikts teorētiskais apskats par RPA tehnoloģijas būtību, kā arī tiek veikta RPA piegādātāju salīdzināšana pēc tehniskiem parametriem un klientu novērtēšanas. Otrajā nodaļā ir veikta praktiskā daļa, veicot uzņēmuma “X” biznesa procesa automatizācijas risinājuma ieviešanas testēšanu, izmantojot “Automation Anywhere” RPA piegādātāja demonstrācijas versiju. Bakalaura darba noslēguma daļā tiek sniegti secinājumi par darbā izstrādātajiem pētījumiem. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 71 lpp, 14 grafiskiem attēliem, 7 tabulām.

Bachelor thesis topic is “RPA Technology Use in Entrepreneurship and Business Processes.” Bachelor thesis aim is to test practically the RPA technology usage to improve the efficiency of the business process of the company “X”. The thesis consists of two chapters. The first chapter provides a theoretical overview of the nature of RPA technology and compares RPA vendors in terms of technical parameters and customer evaluation. The second chapter is the practical part, consisting of the test implementation of the business process automation solution for company "X" using a demonstration version of the RPA vendor "Automation Anywhere". The final part of the bachelor thesis presents the conclusions of the research developed in the thesis. The bachelor thesis consists of 71 pages, 14 images, 7 tables.
