Korupcija un tās ietekme uz ekonomiku Latvijā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „ Korupcija un tās ietekme uz ekonomiku Latvijā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt korupcijas cēloņus Latvijā, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kā šo problēmu vismaz teorētiski būtu iespējams novērst. Darbs sastāv no 3 pamata nodaļām ar 11 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīts korupcijas jēdziens un tās teorētiskie aspekti, iekļaujot tās cēloņus, sekas un ietekmi. Otrajā analizēti korupcijas rādītāji un tiesiskais regulējums Eiropas Savienībā, tai skaitā arī dažādus globālus pētījumus. Trešajā izvērtēta korupcijas situācija Latvijā, tajā skaitā cēloņi, rādītāji un ietekme uz procesiem tieši šajā valstī. Nobeigumā apkopoti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi, kā šo problēmu risināt. „ Korupcija un tās ietekme uz ekonomiku Latvijā” diplomdarba pamata daļas apjoms ir 63. lpp; ietvertas 2 tabulas un 13 attēli; izmantoti 16 literatūras un 57 interneta avoti; pievienoti 3 pielikumi.

The theme of the diploma thesis is “Corruption and its impact on the ecomomics in Latvia”. The purpose of this work is to undercover what are the causes, make conclusions and suggestions on how to minimise this problem, at least theoreticaly. The diploma thesis consists of 3 chapters with 11 subchapters. In the first chapter there is the notion and the theoretical aspects of corruption, including causes, consequences and impacts. In the second chapter is analyse of corruption indicators and legal framework of corruption in European Union, as well as global researches about this topic. In the third chapter there is analyse in the situation in Latvia regarding corruption, therefore there is causes, indicators and their impact on the proceses exactly in this country. In conclusion there is inference and suggestions on how to solve this problem. In the diploma thesis “Corruption and its impact on the ecomomics in Latvia” main text is laid out on 63 pages, with 2 tables, 13 pictures, 16 literature and 57 internet resources. There are three apendixes.
