Specializēto aplikāciju ietekme uz ambliopās acs redzes funkcijām

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs tika uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 38 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 16 attēlus, 2 tabulas, 4 pielikumus un 57 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Novērtēt specializēto viedierīču aplikāciju ietekmi uz ambliopās acs redzes funkcijām pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Dalībniekiem ar oklūzijas terapiju un ar specializēto viedierīču aplikāciju terapiju, novēroja statistiski nozīmīgu redzes asuma un stereoredzes uzlabošānos pēc 4 mēnešu terapijas (p < 0,05). Salīdzinot oklūziju terapiju un specializēto viedierīču aplikāciju terapiju, nav statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības (p > 0,05). Tāpēc var konstatēt, ka specializēto viedierīču aplikāciju terapija ir alternatīvs ambliopijas ārstēšanas veids.

Bachelor thesis is written in 38 pages in Latvian. It contains 16 figures, 2 tables, 4 appendixes, and 57 references. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to assess the efficiency of specialized phone application in the treatment of amblyopia in preschool-age children. All participants, who had occlusion therapy, and who played a specialized phone application, showed statistically significant improvement in visual acuity and stereovision in the amblyopic eye after 4 months of therapy (p < 0,05). However, when comparing between types of therapies, there are no statistically significant differences. The use of specialized phone application for treatment of amblyopia is an alternative type of amblyopia treatment compared to occlusion therapy. In addition, the visual impairment specialist does not affect the treatment of amblyopia (p > 0,05).
