Operācijas māsu darba motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Kopš 20.gadsimta vidus jautājumam par darbinieku motivāciju ir bijusi centrālā loma veselības aprūpes vadības jomā. Darba aktualitāte balstīta arvien sarūkošajos cilvēkresursos veselības aprūpes jomā. Ņemot vērā arvien sarūkošo māsu skaitu, ir svarīgi aktualizēt māsu motivējošos faktorus izvēlēties darba vietu valsts finansētajā veselības aprūpes jomā. Mērķis ir noskaidrot operāciju māsu darba motivāciju ietekmējošos faktorus valsts finansētajā veselības aprūpē. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūru par māsu darba motivāciju ietekmējošajiem faktoriem; pamatot pētnieciskajā darbā izvirzīto problēmu māszinību teorijā; izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu; veikt operāciju māsu aptauju par darba motivāciju ietekmējošajiem faktoriem un, pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījumā pielietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – aptauja. Pētnieciskā darba hipotēze: operāciju māsu darba motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori ir vairāk saistīti ar māsu personīgo apmierinātību ar darbu nekā ar ekonomiskiem faktoriem. Organizācijas vienības līmenī kā māsas darba motivējošais faktors ir iespēja pilnveidot savas profesionālās zināšanas un individuāls māsas darba novērtējums, bet organizācijas līmenī – darba devēja spēja nodrošināt stabilus darba apstākļus.

Since the middle of 20th centuary the issue of employee motivation has payed a central role in the health care management. Actualty of the resarch is based in fact that human resources in healt care shrinking ever. In view of the declining numbers of nurses, it is important to update the nursing motivational factors to choose job in the state-funded health care. Aim of research is to clarify the scrub nurse work motivation factors influencing the state-funded health care. Task of the research is to analyze the literature on the nursing work motivation influencing factors; justify research work raised the problem of nursing theory; developing research tool; an operation of nursing survey of motivation influencing factors and on the basis of the results, draw conclusions. In the research was used a quantitative research method - survey. Research hypothesis: the scrub nurse work motivation influencing factors are more related to nursing personal job satisfaction than by economic factors.
