Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “SIA „Alejas” konkurētspējas priekšrocības celtniecības instrumentu un to palīgmateriālu tirgū”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām noskaidrot uzņēmumu konkurētspēju noteicošos faktorus, kā arī veikt SIA „Alejas” konkurētspējas priekšrocību analīzi, uzņēmuma stipro un vājo pušu izvērtējumu, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus tā konkurētspējas uzlabošanai Latvijas un ES celtniecības instrumentu un to palīgmateriālu tirgū. Darba izstrādes gaitā autors iepazinies ar konkurētspējas teorētiskajiem aspektiem un analizējis SIA „Alejas” konkurētspējas priekšrocības celtniecības instrumentu un to palīgmateriālu tirgū, apkopojot gan dažādas teorētiskās atziņas, gan praktiskās darbības pieredzi. Pētījuma rezultātā autors novērtē būtiskākos uzņēmuma konkurētspēju ietekmējošos faktorus un atklāj SIA „Alejas” konkurētspējas priekšrocības, kā arī izvērtē tā attīstības iespējas Latvijas un ES tirgū. The theme of the Bachelor’s paper (i.e. BA paper ) is ”Ltd ”Alejas”competitive advantages in the market of construction tools and their consumables”. Focussing on theoretical research of the author the aim of the BA paper is: to clear out factors what determine the competitiveness of the enterprise as well as to make a thorough analysis of ”Alejas” in order to clear out what are advantages of competitiveness, also to come to the conclusion what are the stong and weak points with the goal to work out thesis how to improve competitive advantage in the market of construction tools and their consumables in Latvia and EU market. The author of this BA paper has aquired knowledge about theoretical aspects of competitiveness and also analyzed Ltd ”Alejas” competitive advantages in the market of construction tools and their consumables gathering various theoretical thesis as well as taking into account his long term experience while working in the company. As a result of this research the author evaluates the most significant factors influencing competitive advantages and he comes to the conclusion what are advantages of competitiveness in ”Alejas” and makes assessment what are different possibilities of development in Latvia and EU market.
