Abstract
Vieglo pelnu/sapropeļa granulām pievienojot slāpekli un fosforu, to efektivitāte ievērojami uzlabojās.
The aim of the Bachelor Tthesis is to assess potential uses in agriculture, the impact on barley and wheat using hydroponics’ system and to assess the efficiency of ash/gyttja granules ofon growth of crops such as lettuce. The experimentsre were performed using three biomass ash suspensions made from fly ash, bottom and mixed ash. The results indicate that plant growth is affected by wood ash. Fly ash were assessed as the best for use as a fertilizer, however, before using any kind of ash, their physical and chemical properties have to be tested. Application of fly ash/gyttja granules supplemented with nitrogen and phosphorus showed better results on growth of lettucce.
