Abstract

Maģistra darba „Centrālo venozo katetru aprūpes protokola izstrāde un ieviešana stacionārā” mērķis ir izanalizēt literatūru par centrālajiem venozajiem katetriem, ar tiem saistītajām infekcijām un centrālo venozo katetru aprūpes protokolus citur pasaulē. Praktiskajā daļā apzināta un izvērtēta līdzšinējā aprūpes prakse, izstrādāts stacionāram piemērots centrālo venozo katetru aprūpes protokols un novērtēti sākotnējie ieguvumi. Pētījuma jautājumi ir: Kādas ir nepilnības centrālo venozo katetru aprūpes līdzšinējā praksē? Kādi ir ieguvumi, lietojot centrālo venozo katetru aprūpes protokolu? Praktiskajā daļā izmantota kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 9 nodaļām un 12 pielikumiem. Darbā izmantoti 56 literatūras avoti. The Master Paper „Central venous catheter care bundle creation and implementation in a hospital"” consists of 9 chapters and 10 appendixes. The aim of the Paper is to gather and analyse information about central venous catheters, central venous catheter associated blood stream infections and central venous catheter care bundles. In the practical part a research about the current nursing care has been done. Hospital adapted central venous catheters care protocol has been developed and benefits have been estimated. The questions of the research are: What are the imperfections in the current care of the central venous catheters? What are the benefits of using a central venous catheter care protocol? Key words – central venous catheter, CLABSI, health-care associated infections, bundle.
