Pacientu aprūpe pēc deguna operācijām dienas stacionārā

Abstract

Iegūtos rezultātos tiek atspoguļoti svarīgākie kritēriji pacientu aprūpē pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma dati tika iegūti no 6 medicīnas māsām, kuru darba pieredze ir no 2 līdz 40 gadiem. Bakalaura darba tēma – pacientu aprūpe pēc deguna operācijām dienas stacionārā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka arvien vairāk cilvēku sūdzās par apgrūtinātu elpošanu caur degunu. Pēc klīnikas datiem, operēto pacientu skaits sakarā ar deguna elpošanas traucējumiem pēdējos gados krietni pieaug. Darba mērķis ir noteikt optimālo aprūpes pasākumu kopumu pacientiem pēc deguna operācijām dienas stacionārā. Izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums: Kāds ir optimāls pasākumu kopums pacientiem pēcoperācijas periodā? Pētījuma jautājums tika atbildēts. Pētniecības instruments: intervija. Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīva. Darbam ir 39 lapaspuses, 9 nodaļas, 1 pielikums un analizēts 31 literatūras avots. Izmantojot respondentu atbildes, tiek pilnveidoti ieteikumi pacientiem pēcoperācijas periodā.

The obtained results present the most important criteria for patients’ care in the postoperative period. Data were collected from 6 medical nurses whose working experience is two to forty years. Diploma work’s theme is patients’ care after nasal surgeries in the day time stationary. Topicality is defined by so many people who complain about difficulty of breathing through nose. Reaserch data show that the number of people with nasal breathing problems in the recent years is increasing. The aim of the diploma work is to determine an optimal care package for patients who undergo nasal surgeries in day time stationary. The question of the study – what is the optimal care package for patients who undergo nasal surgeries in day time stationary? The question the study was answered.. Research tool- interview. Method of the study- qualitative. The work is 39 pages, 9 chapter,1 annex and analyzed 31 source of literature. Using correspondent answers, the recommendations for postopertive period were consummated
