Abstract
Maģistra darba “Uzņēmējdarbības izveide lauku īpašumā Siguldas novadā” mērķis ir veicināt lauku ekonomikas dažādību. Lai veicinātu uzņēmējdarbības dažādošanu, maģistra darba ietvaros izstrādāts projekts par brīvdienu mājas (2 personām) izveidi, kas balstīts uz tūrisma un videi draudzīgas uzņēmējdarbības principiem. Tika veikta novada uzņēmējdarbības vides un attīstības dokumentu analīze, īpašuma izpēte, ekspertu intervijas un SVID analīze. Pētījums piedāvā praktisku risinājumu lauku ekonomikas dažādošanai Siguldas novadā, balstoties uz vietējo resursu ilgtspējīgu izmantošanu. Maģistra darbs ietver 96 lapaspuses, 19 tabulas, 11 attēlus un 42 pielikumus.
The aim of the master's thesis “Creation of a business in a rural property in Sigulda Municipality” is to promote the diversification of the rural economy. To support business diversification, the master's thesis includes a project for the development of a holiday home (for 2 people), based on the principles of tourism and environmentally friendly entrepreneurship. An analysis of the municipality's business environment and development documents was conducted, along with property research, expert interviews, and a SWOT analysis. The study offers a practical solution for diversifying the rural economy in Sigulda Municipality, based on the sustainable use of local resources. The master's thesis comprises 96 pages, 19 tables, 11 figures, and 42 appendices.
