Abstract
Darbā apkopoti literatūras dati par SO2 un NOx ietekmi uz cilvēka veselību un vidi. Tika apgūta augsti efektīvas šķidruma hromatogrāfijas (jonu hromatogrāfijas) metode slāpekļa un sēra savienojumu noteikšanai gaisā; novērtēti metodikas veiktspējas parametri - detektēšanas un kvantitatīvas noteikšanas robežas un rezultātu pilnas nenoteiktības vērtības. Augsti efektīva šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metode tika pielietota gaisa kvalitātes kontrolei EMEP novērošanas stacijas (Zosēni un Rucava) laika perioda 2004., 2006. – 2007. gada jūnijs – decembris.
SO2, NOx influence on health of the person and environments is considered in course; is mastered the method of a high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of sulfur and nitrogen containing compounds in the air. The method have been validated and performance characteristics of the method have been estimated – method detection and quantitation limits and extended uncertainty. Air quality has been monitored at two EMEP stations in Zoseni and Rucava in june – december 2004, 2006, 2007 by high performance liquid chromatography (ion chromatography) method.
