Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Ēnu ekonomika, tās ietekme uz valsts tautsaimniecības attīstību, un cīņa ar to”. Autore šo tēmu izvēlējās tādēļ, ka uzskata, ka ēnu ekonomika pašreiz ir viena no aktuālākām problēmām Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt ēnu ekonomikas būtību, tās ietekmi uz valsts tautsaimniecību un valsts organizētos pasākumus ēnu ekonomikas novēršanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 pamatdaļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek izskatīti svarīgākie ēnu ekonomikas teorētiskie aspekti. Otrā daļa ir praktiskā, un tajā tiek analizētas Latvijas ēnu ekonomikas pamatproblēmas: nereģistrētā nodarbinātība, kontrabanda un korupcija. Trešā daļa ir veltīta valsts pasākumu pret ēnu ekonomiku analīzei. Diplomdarbs apjoms ir 84 lpp., un tajā ievietoti 4 attēli un 9 tabulas. The subject of the degree work is "Underground economy, it's impact on state national economic development, and fighting against it." The author chose this topic because the underground economy currently is one of the most actual problems in Latvia. The aim of the degree work is to examine the essence of the underground economy, it’s impact on national economy and national measures in order to prevent it. The degree work consists of three main parts. In the first part the key theoretical aspects of the underground economy are examined. The second part is practical, and it analyzes the basic underground economy problems in Latvia: unregistered employment, smuggling and corruption. The third part is devoted to analysis of national measures against the underground economy. The degree work size is 84 pages, and it contains 4 files and 9 tables.
