Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums ir ”Narkotisko, psihotropo un jaunu psihoaktīvo vielu nelegālas aprites noziegumu kvalifikācija.” Strādājot Narkotiku nelikumīgas aprites noziegumu prokuratūrā, nākas saskarties ar daudz un dažādiem kriminālprocesiem, saistībā ar narkotisko vielu nelikumīgu apriti. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiks izmantoti juridiskā literatūra un normatīvie akti, iepriekš nepublicēti tiesu nolēmumi un materiāli no dažādām krimināllietām.
The title of the Bachelor’s theme is "Qualification of narcotic, psychotropic and new psychoactive substances trafficking crimes." The work in the Drug Trafficking Crimes Prosecutor's Office is confronted with many and various criminal proceedings in connection with the narcotic substances trafficking. Within the frame of the Bachelor's paper there will be used legal literature and normative acts, previously unpublished judicial decisions and materials from various criminal cases.
