Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kapitāla tirgus loma uzņēmuma finansēšanā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir vadoties no teorētiskās informācijas un Nasdaq Baltic pieejamajiem datiem, izpētīt kapitāla tirgu un tā funkcijas, finanšu instrumentus, kapitāla tirgus dinamiku Baltijā, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus uzņēmumiem par finansējuma piesaisti ar kapitāla tirgus palīdzību. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām un divām apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek pētīts kapitāla tirgus, aprakstīts gan primārais, gan sekundārais tirgus, to funkcijas, kā arī pētīti pastāvošie finanšu instrumenti. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta kapitāla tirgus dinamika Baltijas valstīs, laika periodā no 2010. gada līdz 2023. gadam. Darba praktiskajā daļā pēc publiski pieejamajiem datiem tiek analizēti konkrēti gadījumi, kad uzņēmumi kotējušies Baltijas kapitāla tirgū emitējot akcijas vai obligācijas, lai spētu novērtēt papildus finansējuma piesaistes iespējas uzņēmumiem ar kapitāla tirgus palīdzību. Darbā tika pielietota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode, kopā ar rezultātu aprakstošo analīzi un datu salīdzinošo analīzi darbojoties ar sekundārajiem datiem. Title of the bachelor thesis is "The role of the capital market in the financing of companies". The aim of the bachelor thesis is to study the capital market and its functions, financial instruments, capital market dynamics in the Baltics on the basis of theoretical information and Nasdaq Baltic data in order to develop proposals for companies to raise finance through the capital market. The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of two chapters and two subsections. The first chapter examines the capital market, describes both the primary and secondary markets, their functions, and examines existing financial instruments. The second chapter of the bachelor’s thesis analyzes the dynamics of the capital market in the Baltic States, in the period from 2010 to 2023. In the practical part of the bachelor’s thesis, based on publicly available data, specific cases, where companies listed on the Baltic capital market by issuing shares or bonds, are analyzed in order to be able to assess the possibilities of attracting additional funding for companies with the help of the capital market. Within the bachelor’s thesis a quantitative research method was used together with the descriptive analysis of the results and the comparative analysis of the data, working with secondary data.
