Maksātnespējas prognozēšanas metodes un to pielietošana

Abstract

Santas Puncules bakalaura darbs par tēmu „Maksātnespējas prognozēšanas metodes un to pielietošana”. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt maksātnespējas prognozēšanas metodes un to pielietojamības iespējas Latvijas uzņēmumu finansiālās situācijas noteikšanai. Darba pirmā un otrā nodaļas ir teorētiskas un sniedz pārskatu par Maksātnespējas likumu, tā attīstību un izmaiņām, maksātnespējīgo uzņēmumu statistiku un bankrota prognozēšanas modeļiem. Darba trešā nodaļa ir praktiska, tajā tiek izanalizēti Latvijas akciju sabiedrību gada pārskati. Pētījuma beigās tiek sniegts katra modeļa novērtējums. Darba izstrādes procesā tika izmantoti 46 informācijas avoti. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 70 lappuses neieskaitot pielikumus. Darbā ietvertas 22 tabulas un 12 attēli. Darbam pievienoti 52 pielikumi. Santa Puncule is an author of bachelor work with a title “Insolvency prediction methods and their application”. The aim of the paper is to evaluate three insolvency prediction methods and their applicability for the Latvian companies. Work first and second chapters are theoretical and provides an overview of the Insolvency Act, it’s development and changes over time, statistics and bankruptcy prediction models. Chapter Three is practical, and it shows analyze of Latvian joint-stock company’s annual reports. In the end evaluation of each bancruptcy prediction model is provided. During the research 46 literature sources were used. Bachelor work consists of 70 pages, excluding attachments. The paper includes 22 tables and 12 figures. There are 53 appendixes added it the end of the bachelor work. Key words: insolvency, bankruptcy, Altman, Fulmer, Taffler, Tishaw.
