Pacientu izrakstīšanās kritēriju novērtējums ķirurģijas dienas stacionārā pēc otorinolaringoloģiskām operācijām

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Pacientu izrakstīšanās kritēriju novērtējums ķirurģijas dienas stacionārā pēc otorinolaringoloģiskām operācijām” tika veikts ar mērķi analizēt un pilnveidot pacientu izrakstīšanās kritērijus pēc otorinolaringoloģiskām operācijām no dienas stacionāra. Bakalaura darba hipotēze: Pacientu veselības stāvokļa novērtējums pirmajā pēcoperācijas dienā sniedz iespēju pilnveidot un pielāgot pacientu izrakstīšanās kritērijus no dienas stacionāra, tādējādi uzlabojot atveseļošanās periodu pēc operācijas. Bakalaura darbs balstīts uz B. Ņūmenas veselības aprūpes sistēmas modeli. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīti pacienta izrakstīšanās kritēriji no dienas stacionāra. Pētījums veikts, izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētīšanas metodi - novērtēšanas protokolu un anketēšanu, kur tiek noskaidrotas nepilnības pacientu izrakstīšanās kritērijos. Izstrādāts prezentācijas materiāls “ Pacientu izrakstīšanās kritēriju novērtējums ķirurģijas dienas stacionārā pēc otorinolaringoloģiskām operācijām”. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis “The evaluation of patients’ discharge criteria from a surgical daytime ward after otorhinolaryngology surgery” was to analyze and improve the criteria, which govern the discharge of the patients from the daytime surgical ward after receiving surgery. The hypothesis of the work was that “Evaluation of a patient’s state of health in the first post - surgical day allows to improve and adapt the discharge criteria from the daytime service, thus improving the recovery after the surgery”. The work has been based on the health care model developed by B. Neuman and the theoretical part describes the discharge criteria for a surgical daytime ward. The study was performed with a quantitative method – an evaluation protocol and a questionnaire was developed, to determine deficiencies in current discharge criteria. Also a presentation titled “The evaluation of patients’ discharge criteria from a surgical daytime ward after otorhinolaryngology surgery” was developed.
