Abstract
Maģistra darbs ir veltīts trīs līmeņu arhitektūras izpētei – iepazīšanās, prioritātes un trūkumi salīdzinot ar citām klient-servera arhitektūrām, kā arī migrācijai no divlīmeņu arhitektūras uz trīs līmeņu arhitektūru vispārēji un detalizētā līmenī uz Oracle tehnoloģijām balstītām lietojumprogrammām. Kā arī darbā iekļauta analīze esošas lietojumprogrammas iespējamai pārejai uz trīs līmeņu arhitektūru.
The paper provides the review of three-tier software architecture - introduction, benefits and weak points comparing to others client-server architectures. Migration from two-tiered architecture to three-tiered architecture will be also reviewed generally and in detailes for Oracle technology based applications. Also an analysis for existing Oracle application migration possibilities is included.
