Nozokomiālo infekciju riska faktori bērnu satcionārā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Nozokomiālo infekciju riska faktori bērnu stacionārā” sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 5 pielikumiem. Darbā veikts zinātniskās literatūras apraksts par nozokomiālo infekciju epidemioloģiju un pētījums par veselības aprūpes laikā iegūto infekciju riska faktoriem bērnu stacionārā. Pētījuma projekta mērķis ir noskaidrot nozokomiālo infekciju riska faktorus bērnu stacionārā. Darba hipotēze: nozokomiālo infekciju riska faktori bērnu stacionārā ir atkarīgi no bērna vecuma īpatnībām, pamatslimības smaguma un personāla roku higiēnas ievērošanas. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – aprūpes dokumentācijas analīze un novērojums. Pētījuma rezultāti atbalsta maģistra darba hipotēzi. Pētījuma rezultāti dos iespēju identificēt nozokomiālo infekciju riska faktorus un izvērtēt šo slimību profilakses pasākumu plānošanu. The Master Paper „Nosocomial infection risk factors in children’s hospital” consists of 4 chapters and 5 appendixes. The Paper covers the description of the scientific literature on epidemiology of nosocomial infections, and the research on the got infection risk factors during the health care in children hospital. The Project objective of the research is to clarify the risk factors of nosocomial infection in children hospital. The hypothesis of the Paper: the risk factors of nosocomial infections in children hospital depend on the peculiarities of child’s age, the severity of main illness and the adherence of the staff hands’ hygiene. To implement this research, a qualitative research method has been applied: analysis of the health care documentation and monitoring. The research results maintain the hypothesis of the Master Paper. The research results will enable to identify the risk factors of nosocomial infections and evaluate the planning of prevention measures of these illnesses.
