Abstract
Maģistra darbā iztirzāta morāles pamatvērtību un standartu evolūcija Eiropas Savienības tiesiskajā regulējumā, īpaši pievēršoties to dinamiskajam un daudzslāņainajam raksturam. Pētījumā analizēta sabiedrības kolektīvās izpratnes loma morāles vērtību veidošanā, kā arī sociālo, kultūras un reliģisko faktoru ietekme uz šo vērtību attīstību dažādās dalībvalstīs. Darba ietvaros veikts padziļināts izvērtējums par vispārpieņemto morāles principu veidošanās mehānismiem, apskatot to kā sabiedrības kolektīvās apziņas rezultātu, kas integrē dažādas kultūras tradīcijas un sociālās prakses. Īpaša uzmanība pievērsta morāles principu evolūcijas procesam un to atšķirībām starp Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm, analizējot katras valsts kultūrvēsturiskā konteksta un sociālās dinamikas lomu šajā procesā. Pētījuma rezultātā identificēta nepieciešamība pēc elastīgas un kontekstuālas pieejas morāles normu interpretācijā un piemērošanā Eiropas Savienības līmenī.
Master’s thesis examines the evolution of fundamental moral values and standards within the European Union’s legal framework, with particular focus on their dynamic and multilayered nature. The research analyses the role of society’s collective understanding in shaping moral values, as well as the influence of social, cultural, and religious factors on the development of these values across different member states. The work includes an in-depth assessment of the mechanisms behind the formation of generally accepted moral principles, examining them as a product of society’s collective consciousness that integrates various cultural traditions and social practices. Special attention is given to the evolutionary process of moral principles and their variations among European Union member states, analysing the role of each country’s cultural-historical context and social dynamics in this process. The research identifies the need for a flexible and contextual approach to the interpretation and application of accepted principles of morality at the European Union level.
