Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums: uzņēmuma SIA ”Progress” finanšu analīze.. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, kuri sastāv no finanšu pārskatu horizontālas un vertikālās analīzes, finanšu koeficientu izpētes un bankrota diagnostikas iespējam. Veikta uzņēmuma SWOT analīze , noskaidrota uzņēmuma problēma. Praktiskajā daļā autore veica SIA ”Progress” finanšu analīzi par 2006, 2007 un 2008 gadu, novērtējot finansiālo stāvokli aprēķinot likviditāti, maksātspēju, aktivitāti, rentabilitāti, prognozējot bankrota varbūtību un analizējot bilances struktūru un radītāju izmaiņas, cēloņus un tendences. Analītiskajā daļā autore piedāvā savas idejas esošas situācijas uzlabošanai un izstrādā attīstības perspektīvu iespējas. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 60 lappuses, tas sastāv no 3 daļām un 9 pielikumiem. Darbā ir izmantotas tabulas un attēli .

The name of diploma: The financial analysis of “Progress” Ltd. In theoretical part of work theoretical aspects of the business analysis are viewed, which consist of the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial reports, researches of financial factors and diagnostics of bankruptcy SWOT analysis , the problem of the enterprise is discovered and further it gives suggestions for improvement. In a practical part the author has evaluated the financial analysis of annual reports of “Progress” enterprise for 2006, 2007 and 2008 counting parameters of liquidity, profitability, activity, solvency, predicting an opportunity of bankruptcy of the enterprise and analyzing structure of balance - the reasons and tendencies of changing financial parameters. In analytical part the author states offers on improvement of a current situation and prospects of development of the given enterprise. The amount of the diploma work is 60 pages, consisting of 3 parts and 9 supplements. Tables and pictures are used in this work.
